These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Eater-Z website, mobile application, and delivery services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Pivotalsoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Eater-Z", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years of age to order meat, seafood, or alcohol-paired meal products where permitted by law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Products & Pricing

Product images are for representation; actual cuts may vary slightly within acceptable weight tolerance (±5% for fresh meat SKUs unless stated otherwise). Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless noted. We reserve the right to modify prices, assortments, and availability without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization. We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements — in such cases, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

4. Delivery

Delivery slots and estimated times are indicative. Delays caused by weather, traffic, or force majeure do not entitle automatic compensation unless covered under our Shipping Policy. You must provide accurate address and contact details; failed delivery due to incorrect information may incur redelivery charges.

5. Food Safety & Storage

Fresh and chilled products must be refrigerated promptly upon receipt. Eater-Z is not liable for spoilage if products are left unattended, rejected without valid reason, or stored improperly after successful delivery confirmation.

6. Promotions & Rewards

Coupons, referral credits, and loyalty points are subject to separate program rules, validity periods, and cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed. We may amend or withdraw promotions at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and branding on the Platform are owned by Eater-Z or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eater-Z shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the order value in dispute.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection forums.
