Eater-Z delivers fresh meat, seafood, and ready-to-cook products through a dedicated cold-chain network. This policy applies to all orders placed via our website and mobile app.
1. Service Areas
Delivery is currently available in select pin codes across Hyderabad and expanding cities. Enter your pin code on the app to confirm availability. We may pause service in areas due to operational or regulatory reasons.
2. Delivery Slots
- Express: ~90 minutes in eligible zones (subject to rider availability).
- Scheduled: Choose morning, afternoon, or evening windows displayed at checkout.
- Same-day cut-off: Orders before 8:00 PM may qualify for same-day slots where shown.
3. Cold-Chain Handling
Products are packed in food-grade, vacuum-sealed pouches and transported in insulated bags with gel ice packs maintaining 0–4°C for chilled SKUs. Frozen items are shipped at ≤ -18°C where applicable.
4. Delivery Charges
Standard delivery fees apply per order value and distance. Free delivery may apply above minimum cart thresholds shown in the app. Surge fees may apply during peak festivals or extreme weather — disclosed before payment.
5. Receiving Your Order
Please be available at the delivery address during your slot. Our rider may call on arrival. If you are unavailable, one reattempt may be made; perishable goods cannot be left unattended without consent. Repeated failed attempts may result in order cancellation without refund of perishable goods.
6. Damaged or Delayed Shipments
Report temperature concerns or damage within 2 hours of delivery with photos. See our Refund Policy for resolution steps.
